Program/Sponsor Instructions
Objective:
•Use the “Life Improvement” program to form new habits.
What do you as the participant do?
•On a daily basis record the Best-5 things that happened to you in the last 24 hours.
•Find at least 5 good things every day.
•Make the statements very short, sentences are not required.
· If you miss days make them up as soon as possible.
· If you cannot remember after a few days find more things for this week and fill in the past days.
What is a sponsor?
•Sponsors are often the deciding factor in the successful completion of the FB-5 program
•Sponsors may be anyone. Sponsors care enough to spend a few minutes each week with someone they care about. .
•Sponsors should take this program seriously and be diligent in their follow through.
What do you as a sponsor do?
• Fill out the FB-5 Goaltract (on forms link) with your friend.
•Give your friend the t-shirt, worksheets and certificate.
•Keep the FB-5 achievement seals.
•Weekly in person or by phone review the worksheets.
•When 7 daily FB-5’s have been done give your friend one seal.
•When the seals are gone the program is completed.
•We encourage you continue reviewing FB-5’s weekly with your friend to keep in touch.
